Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached and packaging. No DVD'S will be refunded if the packaging has been opened.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain Return Address. After receiving a Address place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
New and unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the merchandise cost only. We are unable to reimburse shipping costs. Items must be returned in unused/unmarked/sellable condition.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

● Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for Refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a Refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
